Business analyst

knowmad mood is looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join a strategic project, providing direct support to a senior professional in analysis, reporting, data monitoring, and vendor coordination. We are looking for someone with analytical skills, attention to detail, and an aptitude for working with information and metrics, who is interested in continuing to develop in the areas of functional analysis and project management.

• Support the Senior Business Analyst in preparing, updating, and monitoring reports and dashboards.
• Work with data in Excel to review, process, analyze, and validate it.
• Participate in defining and monitoring the area's metrics and indicators.
• Prepare information and reporting for internal meetings and vendor follow-up committees.
• Help collect, organize, and analyze information from different sources.
• Monitor tasks, incidents, and activity using Jira.
• Identify possible inconsistencies, deviations, or needs for improvement in the quality of data and reports.
• Assist with functional documentation and preparing information for decision-making.
• Gradually acquire knowledge of the tools, processes, and systems used by the team.
• Coordinate with different areas to ensure the availability and quality of information.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar positions.
• Experience working with data, reports, and business metrics.
• Good command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing, data analysis).
• Basic knowledge of or experience in reporting and generating indicators.
• Ability to understand business processes and organize information in a structured way.

• Permanent contract.
• 100% on-site work in Cantabria.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00.
