Accounting business analyst

At Accenture, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join strategic technology transformation projects, acting as a link between the Business and Operations areas and the development teams. We are looking for professionals with analytical skills, a functional mindset, and experience translating business needs into technology solutions. The selected person will work in complex environments, collaborating with offshore teams and participating in the entire initiative lifecycle, from requirements definition to production deployments.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation (FD) and technical documentation (TD) based on the needs defined by the Business and Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the development teams.
• Review and validate the technical documentation generated by the development teams.
• Participate in defining solutions and integrations between applications and technology components.
• Collaborate in the design, development, and validation of new features.
• Coordinate with distributed, multidisciplinary technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in preparing and executing deployments to production environments.
• Act as the point of contact between Business, Operations, and the development teams.
• Ensure the technical team correctly interprets the functional requirements.
• Resolve functional questions during the development, unit testing, technical testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Review functional and technical deliverables to ensure they align with the defined requirements.
• Support teams in preparing releases and deployments.
• Actively participate in production support during implementation windows.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure the quality and correct implementation of solutions.
• Support the identification and resolution of functional and technical incidents.
• Participate in code reviews and error analysis when necessary.

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in similar positions.
• Experience in functional requirements analysis and management.
• Experience preparing functional and technical documentation.
• Experience working together with development teams.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and modeling tools.
• Ability to communicate with business areas and technical teams.
• Minimum English level: B2.
