• Understanding recruitment needs and requirements
• Selecting and recruiting IT talent
• Conducting interviews

• A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or similar
• 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit
• Decision-making skills and willingness to take risks
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills in dynamic environments
