Moonwalk Recruitment Solutions provides human capital solutions, specializing in recruiting senior professionals for global investment banks, blue-chip companies, strategy consultants, hedge funds, asset management firms, M&A and corporate finance boutiques, and trading houses. The company is based in London and Riga and is expanding in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

• Build relationships with clients by regularly consulting clients and candidates to meet recruitment needs
• Screen CVs, communicate with candidates, and interview them to assess suitability for positions
• Find high-quality professionals using job boards, an internal database, and social media
• Generate new business through business development
• Negotiate terms and conditions, salaries, and consulting rates

• Fluent English
• Awareness of the headhunting industry and willingness to grow in the field
• Comfortable with cold and warm calling
• Computer literate, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to succeed personally and professionally
• Positive, can-do, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for networking and engaging with different people
