• Experience as an HR specialist or in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of Georgian labor law, HR standard processes, and best practices
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
