Lead the HR Armenia team, including hiring, task allocation, and pay within the approved budget
Run operational HR processes, tools, and documentation in Armenia
Manage recruitment for all positions below the leadership team, including high-volume frontline hiring
Meet HR service-level agreements and time-to-fill deadlines for each position type
Maintain a transparent staffing table and clear pay logic

Hands-on HR experience, personally managing hiring, onboarding, payroll, and HR cases
At least 2 years of experience managing an HR or recruitment team with direct reports
Confidently work with HR data, including headcount, payroll, hiring funnels, and management reports
Hands-on HR experience in a high-volume operation with many frontline staff, such as a contact center, delivery, or retail
Knowledge of Armenian labor law, payroll, and employee relations, including difficult cases
