• Define and evolve QA strategy across multiple projects
• Design and implement QA processes and standards, including DoD, regression, and release criteria
• Identify and eliminate QA bottlenecks at project and company levels
• Drive UI, API, and integration test automation
• Contribute to projects as a hands-on Senior QA
• Mentor and develop approximately 10 junior and middle QA team members
• Introduce and scale AI tools in QA processes
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Delivery

• 5+ Years of QA experience, including Senior or Lead roles
• Strong background in test strategy and quality engineering
• Hands-on experience with automation using JS/TS and Playwright
• Experience with UI, API, and integration testing
• Understanding of CI/CD and QA’s role in the delivery pipeline
• Experience implementing AI tools in QA or development processes
• English level B1+
• Ability to influence without formal authority
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, strategic and systems thinking, ownership mindset, flexibility, and pragmatism
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
