задачи
Investigate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures across supported functional areas
Lead or perform process inquiries, walkthroughs, and procedure reviews to develop and design QA test work papers
Identify and document processes for validating test populations and selecting samples of control activity
Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks to identify updates needed for existing test scripts and procedures
Verify the resolution of previously identified issues
Perform QA tests and analyze transaction-handling or control-performance evidence against defined policies, guidelines, and laws; identify control deficiencies
Lead or facilitate discussions of test results with business line management and risk partners, covering exceptions, expected-result criteria, root causes, exposure, and recommended actions
Draft reports for management review and distribution; compile, analyze, and document test workpapers supporting reported results
Communicate testing results to the BLQA Manager and respond to or escalate significant risks as appropriate
Maintain accurate and complete records and prepare statements and reports
Complete other deliverables as assigned by management
требования
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Typically three to five years of applicable experience
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and identify and resolve exceptions
Thorough knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and/or Audit competencies
Intermediate understanding of risk and compliance in financial services and associated products, services, and systems
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a group
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Solid business acumen and credibility to help business units proactively identify and address risks
Ability to identify, communicate, and document issues, root causes, exposure, and recommendations
Process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
Effective presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Computer navigation skills using software including Microsoft Office applications, Archer eGRC, ServiceNow, and Tableau / PowerBI
