QA engineer (manual) in digital healthcare

The GP Service operates a digital healthcare platform.

• Perform end-to-end functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing
• Test patient bookings, payments, authentication, consultations, and prescriptions
• Validate payment integrations, including Stripe, Apple Pay, 3D Secure, and refunds
• Identify, investigate, and document defects using browser developer tools, APIs, and SQL
• Test across desktop and mobile browsers, including iOS Safari and Android Chrome
• Maintain test cases, regression suites, and release-readiness reports
• Collaborate with developers to ensure reliable, high-quality releases
• Implement practical test automation for critical workflows

• 4+ Years of professional QA experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise
• Strong experience testing web applications and payment workflows
• Hands-on experience with API testing, SQL, and debugging tools
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and defect management
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA processes
