QA Engineer (manual)

• Work with the team and customers to clarify project requirements and translate them into testable scenarios
• Design testing strategies and test plans for server-side and web applications
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new features and integrations
• File reproducible defect reports and provide data for test reporting
• Troubleshoot issues and provide debug information to expedite resolution
• Verify fixes and confirm functionality after changes
• Use AI-powered tools to design test cases, generate test data, and analyze results
• Apply AI assistants for research, documentation drafting, and troubleshooting
• Identify patterns and actionable insights in test and defect data using AI-assisted analysis
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and system engineers to support quality product delivery
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to the team and stakeholders
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and customers

• Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, testing methodologies, and testing tools
• Be familiar with writing detailed test cases and filing defect reports
• Be able to troubleshoot and provide detailed debug information
• Be interested in test automation for server-side and web applications
• Be comfortable using AI assistants for research, drafting, and problem-solving
• Have a basic understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work and their practical limitations
• Be able to write clear, effective prompts for AI tools
• Be aware of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI use in a professional setting
• Be interested in how AI and automation are reshaping QA and enterprise workflows
• Have strong organizational and time-management skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have good written and spoken English communication skills
• Have a collaborative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
• Be intellectually curious and eager to learn new tools and technologies quickly
