qa engineer (auto) for healthcare data

• Design and maintain end-to-end validation across UI, REST APIs, SQL databases, and Databricks tables;
• Build and evolve ETL test automation for bulk, delta, and rebulk processing, contract-check workflows, and QC report validation;
• Verify metric services by validating calculated KPIs and metrics against source GDM/DPT data;
• Develop custom Python libraries and Robot keywords for ADLS, Databricks, data comparison, and healthcare-specific validations;
• Manage test data pipelines, including CSV/JSON fixtures, VM file uploads, ADLS uploads, and environment-specific configuration via Vault;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD using Jenkins;
• Guide junior and mid-level engineers by providing technical direction and mentoring;
• Validate dashboard layout, visual consistency, loading states, filters, charts, and KPI presentation against clinical user expectations;
• Collaborate with QAs, the Product Owner, ETL/MS/UI developers, and UX designer to align on requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, share test coverage, and resolve defects;
• Plan and execute test coverage across UI, ETL, and MS workstreams while managing concurrent features, defects, and releases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
• 6 Years of experience in software testing;
• Experience with Robot Framework or similar test automation tools;
• Intermediate Python and advanced SQL;
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Databricks;
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows, and branch management;
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar pipeline tools;
• Ability to design test cases for complex data workflows;
• Experience with defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA;
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration basics;
• Ability to present complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience collaborating with teams from Europe and understanding of cross-cultural communication and remote delivery dynamics;
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, written, and verbal skills;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management concepts;
• A strong team-player mindset;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Java/Scala.

• Base pay range: zł160,200.00 - zł297,300.00 annualized; actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule;
