- Solve complex and abstract testing tasks independently
- Take ownership of QA activities
- Support and guide other team members
- Mentor colleagues when required
- Work proactively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Communicate openly and confidently within the team
требования
- 7–10+ Years of relevant QA/testing experience, preferably in senior consultant roles
- Strong practical banking Payments domain experience
- Deep understanding of payment flows, payment processes, and end-to-end payment testing
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, manual, automated, and backend testing
- Practical Java knowledge
- Selenium automation testing experience
- Strong experience testing complex backend systems and integrations
- English B2+
- Open-minded, communicative, and proactive; not focused only on executing predefined test cases
