Knowledge and experience in functional and non-functional testing across web, mobile, desktop, UI, and API/web services
Understanding of the project lifecycle and QA’s role in it
Knowledge and experience with databases
Experience with bug-tracking and test-tracking systems
Experience creating test documentation, including test plans, test strategies, checklists, test cases, and use cases
Experience with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Scrum-Kanban
Experience working with requirements and mockups
Knowledge and experience with testing tools, including Browser DevTools, Fiddler, and online services
Mentoring experience
Experience building testing processes from scratch
Experience writing quality reports and estimating testing tasks
Understanding of CI/CD systems and basic information systems architectures
Understanding of virtualization and virtual resources used for testing, and knowledge of software such as VMWare, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and Docker
Knowledge of network protocols, including HTTP/HTTPS and TCP/IP
