• Middle: 3+ years of commercial QA experience; strong manual testing and test automation skills; experience owning quality as the sole QA on a project; end-to-end SDLC experience from requirements analysis to release; Postman, Jira, Confluence, Qase.io or similar, and Allure Report; active use of AI tools in everyday QA work; hands-on experience building AI agents, including in commercial projects
• Middle+: 5+ years of commercial QA experience; strong functional, regression, and automation testing skills; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright and/or TestCafe; API testing with Postman and Swagger; Jira, Qase.io, and experience across the full SDLC; practical use of AI for test design, documentation, automation, and defect analysis
• Senior: strong test automation background (5+ years); commercial experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright; manual testing experience; hands-on experience building AI agents, including in commercial projects; experience with QA processes, team development, and applying AI in testing
