• Own the product as its primary user and manage the overall QA process, including manual and automated testing
• Build and maintain a scalable automation framework with clear separation of concerns, including locators, page objects, API clients, test helpers, and documented standards
• Develop full-stack test coverage, including UI E2E and API tests, based on a defined coverage matrix
• Build an AI agents testing architecture and use AI tools for complex scenario automation, test generation, test data creation, and code analysis
• Maintain API contract validation using Zod schemas, raw HTTP responses, OpenAPI snapshots, and automated contract-drift detection
• Design reliable, multi-phase E2E pipelines across CI jobs, with state persistence and handling of backend processing delays
• Own CI/CD quality pipelines using GitHub Actions, including workflows, schedules, artifacts, secrets, and environment configuration
• Review automation code, act as the quality gate, and collaborate with backend and frontend engineers on defects, contract mismatches, and stable data-testid conventions
• Mentor team members, establish testing standards, and improve overall QA practices

• 5+ Years in test automation, including building automation frameworks from scratch
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills, including generics, async patterns, fixtures, and reusable abstractions
• Deep Playwright expertise, or experience with Cypress/WebdriverIO and willingness to adopt Playwright
• Proven API automation experience: typed HTTP clients, positive/negative testing, and contract/schema validation
• Strong knowledge of REST, HTTP semantics, and OpenAPI/Swagger, including detecting discrepancies between specifications and runtime behavior
• Hands-on CI/CD ownership using GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Strong test-design skills covering equivalence classes, boundary and negative cases, lifecycle scenarios, and cross-resource invariants
• Будет плюсом: Experience with Allure TestOps, test observability, and large-scale flaky-test investigation; testing email/MFA/2FA and reCAPTCHA-protected flows; experience with test data factories and fixtures-as-code; knowledge of security awareness/phishing simulation, RBAC, and multi-tenant systems; experience with performance testing or contract-drift tooling; familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and interest in evolving QA through AI
