Build a visible, credible, and recognisable AUTODOC presence across social media
Own the active-commenting workflow from monitoring and idea generation to publishing, conversation continuation, and results evaluation
Track Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, including content from automotive creators, brands, motorsport, and car culture
Select posts, Reels, videos, and comment threads where AUTODOC can participate naturally
Create and adapt concise comments of 3–12 words for different platforms, markets, and cultural contexts
Respond to users and brands, continue high-potential conversations, and turn successful interactions into repeatable communication formats
Verify automotive facts and references and use approved AI tools for research, wording options, and tone checks
Work autonomously within brand-safety guidelines and escalate customer-support, legal, sensitive, or reputational-risk matters
Maintain a log of published comments, capture key learnings, and recommend channel strategy improvements.
требования
At least two years of experience in social media, community management, editorial content, or a comparable role involving real-time audience engagement
Strong automotive knowledge, including vehicle models, parts, and owner experiences
Excellent short-form copywriting skills
Deep understanding of formats, trends, memes, and dynamics across Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Ability to identify relevant content early, before conversations lose momentum
Excellent judgement and brand-safety awareness
High autonomy, speed, and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt comments for different markets and cultural contexts
English at C1 level
Nice to have: Working proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian for daily team collaboration.
