Retail marketing manager in beauty

We are looking for an engaged person for the role of (Junior) Retail Marketing Manager (m/f/d), who wants to grow and advance our brands with a team in Berlin at retail partners.

• Support the development and implementation of retail marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.
• Work with the retail marketing team to coordinate promotional events, product launches and in-store displays that align with our brand identity.
• Support the maintenance of relationships with retail partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities in the retail sector and analyze market trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Contribute to the creation of sales materials and marketing communications that promote sales and strengthen brand awareness.
• You will also support the design of marketing materials for launches (e.g. new-product sales presentations, POS materials and online assets) and general brand activation.
• You create briefs that help our retail and marketing team develop tailored marketing strategies for our retail partners in stores.
• Maintain data and images in our databases.
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape to make informed recommendations for marketing initiatives.
• You continuously observe and analyze market movements, derive compelling recommendations for action for our teams, and develop effective [measures].

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Confident experience implementing POS promotions—from creating briefs and managing materials to rolling them out in retail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively with different departments.
• Ability to analyze data, report on it and derive recommendations for action.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle several tasks at the same time.
• Ability to develop and implement creative marketing ideas.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
