• Coordinate with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and Lead Developer on releases, tracking shipped work, upcoming plans, and potential blockers
• Build go-to-market assets, including in-platform landing pages, newsletters, decks, and case studies based on Customer Success stories
• Train the Customer Success team on new releases and flag upstream changes that affect how they sell them
• Track adoption against quarterly goals, identify where uptake is stalling, and work with Product and Customer Success to address it
• Own a specific part of the ROI Hunter product end to end

• Bring experience in ecommerce, such as working at an ecommerce platform or brand, an agency running performance marketing for ecommerce clients, a B2B SaaS company built for ecommerce, or in-house ecommerce or performance marketing
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities and roadmaps
• Work autonomously and proactively find answers
• Prior product marketing experience is not required
• Be ready to grow into the role and apply existing ecommerce knowledge
• Prepare thoroughly for the take-home task, ask focused questions when information is missing, and demonstrate independent thinking rather than submitting a ChatGPT draft
• Be able to adapt quickly when release scope changes and independently identify adoption gaps and explain what is not working
