задачи
- Run campaigns focused on FTD, FTT and trading volume;
- Manage and scale paid acquisition budgets from <$5K to $50K+;
- Build the full acquisition funnel from click to FTD, FTT and retained trader;
- Run campaigns across X/Twitter, KOLs, Telegram, Discord, affiliates and trading communities;
- Track CAC, conversions, attribution and trading volume;
- Manage multiple campaigns across different trading clients.
требования
- 2+ Years of experience in CEX or PerpDEX growth/performance marketing;
- Proven FTD/FTT results, ideally 5K+ FTDs and 2.5K+ FTTs;
- Experience owning and scaling performance marketing budgets;
- Strong understanding of trader acquisition, CAC and conversion funnels;
- Hands-on experience with crypto-native acquisition channels;
- Able to clearly explain past campaigns, numbers and results;
- Hands-on experience acquiring and converting traders for exchanges or DEXs.
