задачи
- Manage and develop an in-house Media Buying team
- Set goals, KPIs, and priorities for buyers
- Launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns
- Scale profitable campaigns and GEOs
- Monitor traffic quality and performance metrics
- Work with anti-fraud tools and identify low-quality or fraudulent traffic
- Test new approaches, creatives, and funnels
- Analyze results and improve overall team performance
- Build and optimize Media Buying processes
требования
- Strong hands-on experience in iGaming Media Buying
- Experience working with Tier-3 GEOs
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with team management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and scaling
- Experience with anti-fraud and traffic quality
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to build processes and develop a buying team
- Independence and ownership of results
