• Build and maintain relationships with partners in the XTB partner program
• Acquire new partners and actively seek marketing collaboration opportunities
• Monitor partner campaign performance and report results
• Analyze partner network performance and optimize promotional activities
• Manage the partner system, including verifying billing and contracts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional formats

• Good organizational skills

• A team-oriented approach and ability to build long-term relationships
• Time management skills
• Willingness to develop knowledge of financial markets
• English at minimum B2 level
