• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and YouTube, Instagram, and other social media content creators
• Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiating rates for high-impact campaigns
• Run paid social campaigns using influencer-generated content, including whitelisting, dark posting, and performance optimization
• Conduct market research and propose strategies for entering new markets through influencer collaborations
• Respond to inbound leads
• Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to meet objectives and KPIs
• Manage account operations, including reporting, invoicing, budget tracking, and performance analytics
• Brainstorm creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate cross-channel strategies

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, focused on influencer marketing
• Ability to analyze data and present results
• Proven track record running YouTube and Instagram campaigns, including hands-on influencer collaboration management
• Fluent in English
• Stay up to date with top YouTube and Instagram creators and be able to name a few favorites
• Candidates located in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania will be given preference
