• Manage client projects from briefing through post-campaign analysis and deliver campaign results;
• Find suitable creators on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms based on each client’s needs and target markets, including content factories, creator programs, integrations, and affiliate recruitment;
• Analyze and vet creators before deals;
• Negotiate formats, timelines, prices, discounts, and bonus placements;
• Develop advertising concepts with clients and run tests;
• Track campaign performance and prepare client reports;
• Plan campaign budgets and manage their effectiveness;
• Work with the Creally platform and provide feedback to the product team.

• 3+ Years of experience working with creators, including on international markets;
• Proven successful cases supported by real figures and facts;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Ability to create and test effective advertising concepts;
• Able to manage the full process independently, from creator discovery through post-campaign analysis;
• Experience working with clients or at an agency;
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+).
