head of marketing & brand

The team is developing a payment gateway that accepts funds from users on behalf of merchants and sends funds from merchants to users. The system stores user payment data, complies with PCI DSS, and integrates with payment systems, providers, gateways, and processors, including 3DS.

• Define the value proposition, visual identity, and tone of voice, and translate complex B2B payment technology into compelling commercial messaging across touchpoints
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for new features, integrations, and target markets in close alignment with Product and Sales
• Own the corporate website strategy, UX, and conversion optimisation, ensuring alignment with product releases and messaging
• Direct content production and build sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and launch kits
• Lead the marketing team, oversee campaign execution, manage event and conference presence, and track pipeline contribution and feature adoption
• Conduct competitor analysis and use AI tools to accelerate research, content production, and go-to-market execution

• 5+ Years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payment technology marketing
• Strong product marketing and GTM experience
• Understanding of payment orchestration, PSPs, acquiring, routing, tokenisation, and fraud solutions
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Experience managing websites, digital content, and brand strategy
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using marketing metrics to drive decisions
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to work cross-functionally
