Director of Marketing

We’re looking for someone who can see where the market is moving, decide where to place the next bet and bring people with them.

You’ll have the autonomy, regional insight and commercial responsibility to lead a geographically dispersed team, strengthen our brand and build campaigns that generate more than attention; they need to generate high-quality leads, partner growth and revenue.

You’ll play an important role in shaping the next phase of marketing at Pax8. Bring us your judgement, your ideas and the evidence behind them, and you’ll have the platform to influence how we grow across Northern Europe and into the markets that come next.

✨ Shape and execute the regional marketing strategy across Northern Europe, aligning activity to growth objectives and business priorities.

📈 Drive demand generation programmes that increase pipeline, improve lead quality and accelerate partner acquisition.

🤝 Partner closely with Sales leadership and key stakeholders to ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

🌍 Lead and develop a geographically distributed marketing team, creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.

📊 Use insight, analytics and commercial thinking to optimise campaigns, improve performance and maximise return on investment.

🚀 Champion innovation through AI, automation and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

This role sits at the centre of some of Pax8's most exciting growth opportunities. You'll influence pipeline generation, partner growth, market expansion and brand awareness while shaping the future direction of marketing across Northern Europe.

Your leadership will help develop high-performing teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships and create the foundations for continued regional success.

✔ Proven leadership experience within a multi-country or geographically dispersed marketing function.

✔ Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams.

✔ Extensive experience translating business strategy into commercially successful marketing programmes.

✔ Strong commercial acumen with experience using data, insights and performance metrics to inform decisions.

✔ Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships across multiple business functions.

✔ Confidence operating in fast-moving, matrix organisations where priorities evolve rapidly.

✔ Strong communication, presentation and storytelling capabilities.

✔ Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technology, digital transformation and AI-enabled marketing.

✔ A data-driven and outcome-focused mindset, balanced with creativity and innovation.

Experience within channel, cloud, technology or partner ecosystems would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from leaders with transferable expertise from other sectors.

Salary: £100k per annum plus bonus and stock options.
