• Coordinate ramp-up activities, budgets, and new product launches
• Design PowerPoint presentations and create clear reports
• Present data

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a technical field, or demonstrating a strong interest in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or related areas
• Conversational English skills
• Medium-level Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset, with attention to detail
• Self-motivation and proactiveness in supporting plant ramp-up
• Initiative to learn about the latest technology trends
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
