With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.

The Strategic Project Manager role is Homa's program for exceptional talent. We hire bright, ambitious people from different backgrounds and deploy them where they can have the most impact. You'll work directly with our Chief of Staff, the C-level team, and the leaders of the teams you're deployed to.

You'll own projects end to end, with full ownership and autonomy: framing the problem, finding the solution, and driving real, measurable impact. You won't be a support function. You'll be a strategic contributor.

How it works

- Deployed where it matters most. Based on your strengths and the company's priorities, you'll be embedded in one team or several, on the projects that matter most right now.

- Missions of different lengths. Some projects last three months, others a year. When one ends, you move on to the next challenge.

- A true 360° view. Over time, you'll build a deep understanding of how a fast-moving gaming company works, across strategy, product, growth, finance, people, and AI.

- Growing responsibility. As you prove yourself, your scope grows. Some of our Strategic Project Managers go on to lead teams or take permanent roles in the functions they joined.

Where you could be deployed

Your projects could span any of these areas:

- AI. Work with our dedicated AI unit to design and deploy AI-powered workflows across the company.

- Data & Tech. Partner with data and engineering teams on projects where technology drives business impact.

- BD & Partnerships. Drive external growth that expands Homa's ecosystem.

- Product & Gaming. Shape roadmap priorities, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy for our games.

- Growth & User Acquisition. Work on performance strategy, monetization, and scaling initiatives that drive revenue.

- Creatives & Marketing. Shape how our games win attention, from ad creatives, and to trend-driven campaigns.

- People & Transformation. Partner with HR leadership on talent strategy, team structure, and organizational change.

- Finance. Build financial models, business cases, and strategic plans alongside finance leadership.

• Partner. Act as a trusted partner to leadership, turning business needs into structured plans.
• Analyze. Run market research, competitive benchmarks, and business models that inform executive decisions.
• Transform. Lead cross-functional projects that improve how Homa operates and scales.
• Execute. Take initiatives from design to implementation, aligning teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Automate. Use AI to multiply your own impact and your team's.
• Communicate. Build sharp strategic materials and represent leadership in key internal and external forums.
