Projektleder i psykiatrien

As project manager, you will drive complex digitalisation and transformation projects that help shape the psychiatry of the future. You will work at the intersection of clinical needs, technological opportunities and strategic priorities, where you will create momentum, facilitate co-creation and translate different perspectives into digital solutions that create value in practice. • Facilitate co-creative development processes in which patients, relatives, clinicians and partners contribute to shaping the digital solutions of the future.
• Plan and conduct workshops, user involvement and design processes that translate needs and insights into concrete solutions.
• Drive complex digitalisation and transformation projects from idea to implementation in close collaboration with clinical environments, managers and technical specialists.
• Create a shared direction and commitment across professional disciplines, organisational interests and decision-making levels.
• Translate strategic and political ambitions into digital solutions that are implemented and embedded in practice and create value for patients, relatives and employees.

• Have a relevant master's degree and at least four years of documented experience leading complex digitalisation or transformation projects.
• Have solid experience in stakeholder management across professional disciplines, organisations and management levels.
• Have experience with management support, decision papers and communicating complex issues.
• Have experience with project management methods such as e.g. Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps, and be able to apply them pragmatically.
• As a person, you are independent, persistent and decisive. You are willing to challenge constructively, can maintain an overview amid complexity and know when to act yourself, involve others or escalate an issue to management.
