Project Manager, Mobile Application

Altkom Software has delivered modern technology solutions for leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad for over 20 years. It provides a digital banking platform for retail and corporate customers through web and mobile channels for one of Saudi Arabia’s largest banks.

• Manage strategic client relationships, expectations, and escalations
• Manage IT projects end to end, from concept and analysis through delivery, implementation, and further development
• Coordinate the delivery and development of an online and mobile banking platform
• Collaborate with client-side business and technical stakeholders and project teams
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, planning meetings, and status meetings
• Identify client business needs and translate them into scope and actions for delivery teams
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality
• Support sales by preparing proposals, solution concepts, and estimates
• Take responsibility for the financial results of projects or a project portfolio
• Implement and develop best practices for the delivery process, supporting team efficiency and delivery quality

• Experience managing IT projects in the financial industry, preferably banking
• Experience delivering projects involving the development, implementation, or maintenance of mobile applications
• Experience leading IT initiatives and end-to-end projects
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, escalations, and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and experience managing teams
• Ability to analyze risks and make decisions in a dynamic environment
• Independence, ownership, and effectiveness in achieving assigned goals
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Saudi Arabia for business
