Comm-IT’s Expert Services Group delivers professional services projects, including complex hybrid cloud transformations for enterprise clients.

• Own the delivery of complex hybrid cloud projects from kickoff and discovery through architecture design, migration execution, and final handover;
• Manage relationships with enterprise clients and partners as their primary trusted advisor and point of contact;
• Communicate progress, manage expectations, and mitigate risks;
• Coordinate cross-functional Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and System Specialists, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization;
• Manage project budgets, billable utilization, statements of work (SOWs), change requests, and profitability margins;
• Bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams by facilitating technical reviews, resolving bottlenecks, and aligning architecture.

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a software house, IT professional services, or cloud vendor environment;
• Have at least 3 years of experience focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or migration projects;
• Understand hybrid cloud architectures and environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, IaC, and on-prem infrastructure integration;
• Have a proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders;
• Be able to anticipate risks, adapt to changing technical scopes, and drive engineering teams toward timely resolutions;
• Have a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent military technological experience;
• Have experience with Generative AI tools, Excel VBA, dashboard design and KPI metrics, and resource planning;
• Nice to have: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
