RSPCA Assured is celebrating 32 years of improving the lives of farmed animals. In that time, we're proud to have worked with thousands of farmers – and all of the UK's biggest supermarkets – to help make the lives of millions of animals better. We're now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Integrity and Welfare to join our Impact and Insights team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, organisation-wide projects that will help strengthen the integrity of our scheme, improve animal welfare outcomes and transform the way we work.

You could be working with colleagues to shape a new approach to assessments, helping to develop digital solutions and workforce planning, transforming how we collect and use animal welfare data, or supporting improvements to supply chain traceability.
You'll guide projects from the early planning stages through to implementation, bringing people together, managing competing priorities and ensuring everything stays on track.
You'll oversee project plans, budgets, resources, risks and milestones, while keeping stakeholders informed and focused on the outcomes we're working towards.
You'll also lead and motivate project teams across different departments, building strong relationships and creating an environment where people can collaborate effectively to deliver change.

A proven track record of delivering large-scale projects or programmes,, with organisation-wide impact and lasting benefits.
Experience across the full project lifecycle, from developing proposals and business cases through to delivery, implementation and closure.
Certification in an industry-standard project or programme management methodology.

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations and navigate differing priorities and perspectives.
Experience leading project teams through matrix management, motivating colleagues and coordinating resources across different functions.
The ability to analyse complex performance data, manage budgets and produce clear, useful management information.
Experience preparing high-quality project documentation, business cases and project initiation documents, alongside managing risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a wide range of audiences, including senior leaders.
An understanding of service design and user-centred approaches to developing effective delivery structures.
A positive, tenacious and practical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt quickly, work independently and help teams overcome obstacles.
You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing demands under pressure.
