• Lead IT projects in retail, consumer services, or comparable enterprise environments
• Manage schedules, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, decision-making, and progress reporting
• Connect business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and external suppliers
• Guide platform implementations, integrations, migrations, data and cloud projects, and modernization initiatives
• Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and potential follow-on client engagements
• Contribute to project approaches, proposals, client presentations, and reusable delivery templates
• Ensure technological developments are incorporated into projects with appropriate attention to integrations, dependencies, risks, and organizational impact

• 5–7 Years of experience in IT project management, delivery management, or program support, with demonstrable end responsibility
• At least PRINCE2 Foundation
• Demonstrable experience with IT platforms, integrations, data, cloud, or application landscapes
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, consumer services, or a comparable enterprise environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
• A client-focused, entrepreneurial, and structured consultancy mindset, with confidence in commercial discussions
