project manager for HR transformation

BNP Paribas is a banking and financial services group operating in 64 countries. Its three divisions provide corporate and institutional banking, commercial and personal banking services, and investment and protection services.

• Contribute to building, prioritizing, and balancing the HR transformation project portfolio
• Monitor project performance indicators and ensure consistency of the scoring methodology with project managers
• Ensure appropriate governance for each portfolio project in line with the Group's project management standards
• Facilitate governance bodies
• Ensure compliance with decision-making, financial monitoring, and reporting policies
• Ensure portfolio consistency with the Group's strategic objectives and regulatory or internal compliance requirements
• Translate HR needs into functional requirements and priorities
• Identify, analyze, and anticipate risks related to budgets, planning, skills, and dependencies between projects
• Set up mitigation plans
• Coordinate change management activities to ensure consistency of the overall change management plan
• Work with the Change Management and Internal Communication teams to provide visibility
• Organize, structure, and produce portfolio monitoring reports for key stakeholders based on the previous HR Consulting Cockpit
• Assess value creation
• Coordinate budget monitoring for transformation plan projects with project managers, domain sponsors, and stream leads
• Work with IT, Finance, RISK, Compliance, and HR departments
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned

• Master's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management and Consulting
• Good knowledge of Office pack
• Proficient in Strategy and Consulting
• Experience in Project Management Framing
