• Plan and execute end-to-end projects for collection development, production, and logistics
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with designers, artisans, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Track materials, monitor progress, and resolve production and delivery issues
• Schedule project activities, report status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Supervise inspections of materials and finished garments
• Optimize workflows and support continuous improvement across production and supply chain processes

• Strong project management skills and experience planning, coordinating, and executing multi-stage projects
• Experience expediting materials and products through the production cycle
• Knowledge of logistics management, including shipment coordination, timeline management, and collaboration with logistics providers
• Inspection experience and attention to detail in quality control for materials and finished goods
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic, creative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
