Alif develops IT educational projects across the country.

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Run 2–3 educational projects simultaneously
• Organize trainings, workshops, and educational programs
• Communicate with international organizations, donors, and partners
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Maintain project plans, reports, and summary materials
• Monitor project budgets and expenses
• Prepare financial reports with the accounting team
• Improve work processes
• Develop and launch new projects

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
• Good planning skills and the ability to distribute tasks effectively
• Experience working with budgets, deadlines, and reports
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Drive, Excel, and task managers such as Notion, Jira, and Trello
• Ability to work with numbers, documents, and financial reports
• Good communication skills and systems thinking
• English at B2 or higher
