It embeds into clients’ businesses to solve data problems, build systems, and hand them over with documentation and training. Its projects often involve building data platforms from scratch, integrating data from ads, CRM, and payment systems into warehouses, modeling it, and presenting it through dashboards; ML is added where useful.

• Own end-to-end delivery of client projects and be accountable for outcomes
• Run project portfolios, including planning, timelines, resources, priorities, and reporting
• Serve as the client’s single point of contact, leading kick-offs, status updates, and results presentations
• Clear blockers with engineers and analysts while learning the technical substance of data, pipelines, and code
• Ensure checks and code reviews happen before work is delivered to clients
• Escalate incidents and risks on time
• Build self-sufficient teams and help engineers grow
• Run several small teams from the start

• Project management experience with timelines, resources, utilization, and client reporting
• Proactively define goals, success criteria, risks, and blockers before kick-off
• Comfortable running several small teams at once
• English B2+ for work with clients in the US and Europe
• Based outside Russia
• Будет плюсом: experience managing data, analytics, or engineering projects, technical literacy including reading code and understanding ETL and BI, daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and LLMs for analysis, documentation, or review, experience with international clients and remote teams
