Qatar Insurance Company is a leading insurance provider in the GCC. It offers insurance and non-insurance services through digital platforms, including qic.online and the QIC app, and aims to create the region’s first digital ecosystem.
задачи
Lead projects to develop and replace SIP/VoIP systems, from requirements gathering through production launch;
Gather and align requirements between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors;
Manage external suppliers, including timelines, commitments, SLAs, risks, and escalations;
Coordinate CRM, infrastructure, and other internal teams;
Participate in evaluating technical solutions and integrations;
Organize solution testing and acceptance;
Verify key scenarios and CRM integration;
Organize documentation and knowledge transfer from the vendor.
требования
Experience leading technical and integration projects;
Experience working independently with IT vendors and contractors;
Solid understanding of telephony and call/contact center processes;
Understanding of SIP/VoIP sufficient to communicate with technical specialists;
Experience with integrations involving CRM, REST API, Webhooks, and external services;
Understanding of inbound/outbound calls, IVR, routing, dialer campaigns, callback, call recording, and reporting;
Ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies and ensure commitments are met;
English for working with international vendors.

Long-term service agreement contract with QIC, with a 3-month probation period;
Payment in US dollars monthly to a bank account using SWIFT;
Work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone;
Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, and 10 sick offs;
Performance reviews twice a year, with the possibility of a raise;
