• Build and maintain dashboards to support evidence-based decisions
• Define product health metrics and drive consistent reporting
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust
• Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to support collaboration
• Drive alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal, and Finance
• Own the end-to-end product release process and ensure readiness across Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales
• Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews
• Manage change communication and ensure downstream teams have what they need to deliver
• Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows
• Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles

• 2–5 Years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment
• Strong data skills, including SQL or equivalent proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to solve organizational friction through processes and tools
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment and own projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in English (B1)
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to identify underlying issues, investigate solutions systematically, interpret and challenge data, and turn insights into action
• Understanding of empowered, agile product organizations and applying that mindset to optimize internal processes
• Ownership, initiative, and ability to move projects forward with minimal support or supervision
