• You own the full patient journey end-to-end – from the moment a doctor prescribes the therapy, through onboarding and the active therapy phase, to the point where patients feel a real difference and stay.
• You apply proven knowledge of habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.
• You own our therapy apps across urology and gynecology end-to-end.
• You treat ratings, store presence, and ASO as core product levers, and actively optimize the funnel from impression to activation.

• Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile apps.
• You understand the technical realities of iOS and Android and know how to work with them – not around them.
• You use AI to move fast, know when it's hallucinating, and back every decision with analytics and experiments, because you own the outcome.
• Fluent in German and English.
• You naturally push topics forward, bring people along, and don't wait to be asked.
• You know what a great, beautiful, yet functional product needs to look like in 2026.
