• Define and implement hypotheses to improve purchase conversion rates and lifetime value within the web funnel
• Analyze competitive and user behavior data to propose customer acquisition strategies and improve CPA
• Run a testing roadmap and ensure quarterly KPIs are met
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to execute optimization strategies from product requirements to implementation
• Assist the Engineering team with agile ceremonies, including standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives
• Lead the growth process and take responsibility for results from hypothesis creation through implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to optimize the user journey from first interaction through registration and payment
• Understand user pain points and behavior to determine effective product sales strategies

• Proven experience optimizing web funnels in a B2C environment
• 4+ Years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models
• Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests for web funnels
• Experience leading growth initiatives focused on improving CR, LTV, and other performance metrics
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and data science teams
• Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and meet quarterly KPIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset
• Experience building and executing strategic roadmaps for growth testing
