задачи
- Own growth across the Windows and macOS apps, driving installs, activation, daily active users, connection success, and retention
- Lead two engineering teams, partnering with around 10 engineers, dedicated QA, and a desktop designer to deliver impactful releases
- Own product strategy, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and run experiments to improve results
- Work directly with product leadership in a small, ambitious team to turn ideas into reality
требования
- Proven track record of growing consumer products and moving measurable business metrics
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to funnels, experimentation, and retention
- Technical depth to work closely with engineers and navigate complex product challenges
- Ownership mindset to turn problems into clear priorities and shipped improvements
- Fluent English (C1+)
