- Directly impact key metrics, including CR to FTD, LTV, retention, and revenue
- Run extensive testing of hypotheses, mechanics, and interface experiments
- Track measurable results in monetary terms
- Influence the user experience of thousands of customers through visible bonuses
- Collaborate closely with analysts, designers, and engineers
- Realize a vision for an ideal bonus system
требования
- Proven experience in trading, brokerage, or financial markets and a deep understanding of unit economics
- Take a data-driven approach and evaluate feature success using metrics
- Set tasks for development and design, prioritize backlogs, and prepare A/B tests
- Analyze user experience and interfaces
- Understand business hypotheses and validate them with data
- Balance user value and product economics
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian
- Upper-intermediate English
