задачи
- Own the roadmap for the mobile apps and customer portal, from discovery through release and iteration
- Turn business needs into clear, buildable scope, including user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and the reasoning behind them
- Work side by side with developers, designers, and QA through the full delivery cycle
- Run discovery with real customers and internal business users, and bring that evidence into prioritization decisions
- Keep stakeholders informed about what shipped, what slipped, what changed, and why
требования
- At least 6 years of digital product management experience with customer-facing products
- Proven track record of shipping both native/mobile apps and web portals
- Strong experience working directly with development teams in agile, sprint-based environments, with real involvement in trade-off decisions
- Fluent, precise English, written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in daily workflow and curiosity about their future development
