product manager for local AI

Tether develops blockchain-based financial products, including reserve-backed tokens and digital asset tokenization services. Its product portfolio also includes energy solutions for Bitcoin mining, AI and peer-to-peer technologies, secure data sharing, and digital learning.

• Shape AI features by translating the QV.AC vision into use cases, feature proposals, and product requirements grounded in user needs, research, and experimentation
• Gather user feedback, conduct research, and identify problems AI can meaningfully solve
• Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows
• Create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes to test ideas and communicate product behavior
• Collaborate with engineers on technical trade-offs across devices and models, considering response quality, latency, memory usage, battery consumption, and privacy
• Support prioritization and planning by evaluating opportunities, clarifying scope, identifying dependencies, and maintaining a focused backlog
• Drive assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness
• Explore AI products, models, tools, and interaction patterns; share recommendations on what to test or adopt and why

• 7+ Years of product management experience, ideally with AI software products and technical engineering teams
• Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features, with the ability to explain your contribution and learnings
• Working understanding of AI concepts including inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, and evaluation; interest in local and on-device AI
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear user problems, proposed solutions, and actionable requirements
• Strong product judgment focused on usability, scope, and measurable user value
• Confidence creating prototypes with design or coding tools
• Clear written and verbal communication, including discussing technical trade-offs with engineers and explaining them to non-technical colleagues
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with responsibility for your work, early questions, and openness to feedback
• Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development
