• Own the full product lifecycle for a key platform area, from discovery and definition through delivery and continuous improvement
• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to build and ship high-impact, scalable, user-centered features
• Prioritize initiatives, make trade-offs, explain prioritization decisions, and focus on high-leverage opportunities
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, design and interpret experiments, conduct user research, and analyze data to validate hypotheses and identify improvements
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to guide learning and iteration
• Champion the product area internally by developing subject matter expertise and building visibility and understanding of its impact
• Own growth challenges that make a difference for learners, tutors, and the business, including LTV Expansion and Tutor Content

• Experience in Senior Product Management positions in rapid-growth or evolving environments
• Ability to work with data and metrics and use analytical thinking to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities
• Able to contribute directly to product development while thinking strategically across the product lifecycle
• Empathy for customers and the ability to use deep user understanding to shape product direction
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Good design and user experience judgment
• Curiosity about growth challenges across the learner and tutor journey
