Run monthly growth reviews for products and ensure the right metrics are tracked
Analyze changes in product metrics, user behavior, and churn to identify trends and reprioritization needs
Find actionable patterns in product and customer data, including revenue, usage, and retention across customer segments
Research competitors and the tooling landscape, and recommend opportunities related to pricing, feature parity, or adjacent products
Take on additional product research, packaging, pricing, or user experience initiatives as appropriate
Organize user interviews and provide timely product feedback on new and existing features
Coach product engineers on product practices
требования
Have experience as a technical founder or product engineer at a startup
Have written code and now want to focus on product and commercial work
Identify product strengths and weaknesses across user experience and commercial performance, and turn them into actionable insights
Understand business and product metrics, such as activation, retention, and churn, and know how to define and track key product metrics
Use SQL or another query language to answer data questions
Be proactive and organized, able to identify and advance work independently while keeping multiple threads moving
Collaborate effectively, share work early, seek feedback, and communicate clearly in an async-first environment
Have hands-on experience with observability products and understand how engineers use them to investigate, debug, and diagnose production issues
