The company operates a mobile-first B2C marketplace for professional networking and job opportunities, connecting candidates with employers. The product focuses on meaningful professional connections, job discovery, and direct employer-candidate communication.

• Own the employer’s journey from sign-up to a published, filled job, focusing on quality, speed, and repeat use
• Manage the job lifecycle, including listings, edits, renewals, and application triage
• Drive candidate conversations, initiate them, keep them active, and re-engage employers who go quiet
• Form and prioritize hypotheses, brief engineering and design, and ship
• Design and analyze A/B tests
• Interview hiring managers and recruiters directly
• Work with marketing on ROAS, traffic quality, channels, and in-product behavior

• 4+ Years in product management, including 2+ years in HR-tech, job boards, ATS, or a two-sided marketplace
• Understand the employer-side hiring funnel, including job posting, application triage, and why employers drop off
• Pull own data using Amplitude or similar tools and write SQL queries and cohorts
• Design and analyze A/B tests correctly and understand statistical significance
• Conduct user interviews independently
• Write specs at the requirements level
• English B2+
• Relevant backgrounds: job boards and hiring platforms, ATS and HR-tech, labor marketplaces. Two-sided marketplaces outside hiring count too, if you’ve worked both sides
