GTO Wizard provides AI-powered training and education for serious poker players, delivering GTO solutions across poker situations. It is expanding into casual play-money poker on the web and in mobile apps.

• Own PokerArena’s engagement and progression systems, from concept through live iteration
• Facilitate rapid delivery and iteration of new product features and improvements
• Use AI tooling as a daily part of the work
• Talk with players directly every week
• Make decisions and prioritize agency and action over excessive discussion, escalation, and delay
• Take initiative to improve quality and efficiency teamwide
• Focus on delivery over process

• At least 6 years of experience shipping new software products and features; this experience does not have to be in product management
• Direct experience with engagement, progression, or live-ops systems in games or other consumer products
• Poker knowledge at least at the level of a non-professional enthusiast
• Clear, professional English communication skills, written and spoken
• A proven history of delivering at pace
• Experience with AI assistance
• Reliably authentic, embraces ownership, and is excited by a remote-first culture that values written communication over excessive meetings
• Sees AI tools as an opportunity to scale impact rather than a threat to be managed

• The role has a high degree of agency over what to build and how to execute, in collaboration with development and design teams, from day one
• Individual contributor role without direct reports; reports to the Chief Product Officer
