Product Manager

Amphora Logistics provides integrated logistics solutions that help independent e-commerce brands scale. Its platform combines proprietary order and warehouse management systems and supports over 300 clients in Europe and the United States.

• Define and build roadmap projects for the OMS or SGA, aligned with the suite vision and business goals
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and company strategy
• Coordinate with the Product Manager for the other product to ensure suite consistency and manage cross-product dependencies
• Hold regular conversations with other departments to understand their operations, problems, and unmet needs
• Translate operational insights into clear, actionable requirements for development and design teams
• Identify fulfillment process improvements that could become a competitive advantage
• Lead and collaborate with development and design leads to define solutions and ensure the team has what it needs to execute
• Participate in team planning and reviews as a business clarifier, not a task manager
• Track product metrics and make informed decisions based on them
• Manage internal stakeholder expectations clearly, prioritizing what drives the business

• 2–5 Years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B environments
• Experience working with development teams in agile environments
• Solid understanding of operational processes, ideally in logistics or warehousing, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and order management
• Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into product logic
• Ability to define and write clear, actionable functional specifications
• Analytical mindset, including defining and analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies
• Ability to work with ambiguity and turn poorly defined problems into structured solutions
• Problem-first approach: understand the problem before designing a solution
• Clear, direct communication with stakeholders and ability to prioritize and say no when necessary
• High autonomy and real product ownership
• Comfort working in dynamic, changing environments under continuous development
