• Set the strategy and direction for Flex, identifying commercial opportunities across customer segments and balancing growth, risk, and customer outcomes
• Work with Credit teams to shape propositions across risk segments and cohorts
• Analyze performance, from unit economics to long-term profitability, and drive commercial opportunities
• Ensure Flex delivers strong customer outcomes and simple, transparent, engaging experiences
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Deliver high-impact initiatives through direct reports
• Raise the bar on product thinking and foster high standards and velocity
• Work with Engineering, Credit, Data, Design, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver at pace

• Strong commercial instinct and ability to assess trade-offs, economics, and outcomes
• Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple segments and cohorts
• Able to engage deeply with Credit and Data partners
• Experience in lending, credit cards, or adjacent borrowing products
• Customer-focused, with the ability to challenge revenue-driven decisions that conflict with customer outcomes
• Strong product judgment and care for experience quality
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
• Comfortable going into detail while leading through others
• Strong cross-functional leadership across technical, credit, and governance stakeholders
